Taiwan
Last week Charmaine and I both had business in Taiwan and brought Madison along to spend the week-end to hang out with Charmaine’s friend Sophie and her daughter AnnMarie.
On our way to the airport.
First stop was at Yahoo! Taiwan offices. They’ve got this great games room and here Maddy is whacking away at the drumming game.
AnnMarie is only 2 months older than Madison but is about 5 inches taller. And Madison is above average height for her age!
The photos above are in our hotel room and the onces below in the playroom at AnnMarie’s building.
Here Charmaine is getting in on the action. Why should the kids have all the fun? Actually, we couldn’t get Charmaine off of this thing to give the kids a chance.
The window painting was at the Kids’ Museum in the Eslite Building. This is a sure stop whenever we are in Taiwan.
Below is the healthy breakfast of doughnut dipped under the chocolate fountain at our hotel.
Many more pictures from Taiwan here.
Miscellaneous shots from the last few months.
Here are the ladies, open for business. Make mine a double.
Getting ready for that big board meeting where she needs to make the presentation.
She does not look like a 3-year-old here. Charmaine will complain about how thin she looks here, but it’s just the angle of the photo. Plus, she is getting taller.
Here is Madison in her Ninja pose at the playground. This was last week-end before our week of rain and flooding.
Don’t mind the gray hair.
Family photo while going up the mid=levels escalator.
This is baby Sienna, the daughter of Charmaine’s cousin Olivia. With that look on her face Madison is probably thinking “this kid with the unruly hair is starting to get heavy”.
There is the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in the background. The clouds lifted for a bit today after what seems like weeks of rain.
Good Form
Good form, but probably too late for Beijing 2008.
Amanpulo 2008
Below are a bunch of photos from our (now) annual trip to Amanpulo in the Pamalican Islands of the Philippines. Many more photos on my Flickr pages. Just click on one of the photos to be taken there.
